Job summary

Cresco Labs Sunnyside Wellness Advisor guides customers in selecting cannabis products, ensuring compliant, best-in-class service and a consultative experience.

You will manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout, educate on products, perform POS cash handling, and assist with inventory and store operations. Part-time, 15–25 hours weekly, with weekend shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including opening, closing, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and offering education on cannabis products.
• Assist in product selection and cross-sell to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers; ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely pickup.
