Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside stores to guide customers in selecting cannabis products while upholding state compliance. You will manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout with education-driven service.

Join a team focused on training, growth, and a consultative sales approach in a regulatory environment. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and offering education on products.
• Assist customers in product selection through education of different cannabis products.
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques.
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers.
• Assist in verifying order accuracy and timely dispensing.
• Label and package customer orders and handle cash with SOPs.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities and inventory counts.
• Ensure stock organization and compliance with regulations.
• Support managers with merchandise displays and store cleanliness.
