Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside dispensaries are hiring a Wellness Advisor to guide recreational, medical, and caregiver customers in selecting cannabis products. You will combine customer service, product knowledge, and state-compliance to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating on products, processing orders, verifying IDs, and maintaining accurate records while supporting inventory and store safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Shifts may include opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
• Ability to learn technical and product information.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Assist in order fulfillment and checkout processes.
• Verify IDs and documentation for customers.
• Maintain records and assist with inventory and displays.
