Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and pass background check and state badging if required.
• Willing to learn cannabinoids, terpenes, and product application methods.
• Able to use office equipment and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage options.
• Maintain accurate patient/customer information and assist with records.
• Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays.
• Complete transactions at POS and ensure inventory system accuracy.
• Adhere to local and state cannabis regulations.
• Support managers and other Advisors as needed.
