Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside Wellness Advisor role in the United States focuses on guiding recreational and medical customers to appropriate cannabis products while delivering an exceptional, compliant shopping experience. You will manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout, handling transactions and ensuring proper documentation with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
Build customer relationships by listening to needs and providing a welcoming environment.
Assist customers in product selection through education of cannabis products and their effects.
Perform accurate cash handling in the POS system following SOPs.
Maintain records of dispensary activities and inventory counts.
Ensure store is organized, compliant, and clean.
