Verilife is seeking a Wellness Advisor in Pennsylvania to assist customers with selecting cannabis products for recreational, medical, and caregiver use. The role emphasizes compliant service, product knowledge, and a consultative sales approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will handle check-in, consultation, order fulfillment, and checkout while maintaining accurate records and following state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by asking questions about and listening attentively to customer needs.
• Assist customers in product selection through education of cannabis products and their varying impact.
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders being dispensed to customers in a timely fashion.
• Label and package customer orders.
• Perform accurate cash handling in the store's POS system, following SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities in compliance with state regulations.
• Perform routine inventory counts and ensure stock meets compliance regulations.
• Assist managers with organizing sales floor merchandise and displays.
• Ensure security measures and safety compliance in the store.
• Keep the store organized and clean for customers and team.
• Escalate employee or customer issues to management.
