Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside dispensary in Ambler, PA, is seeking a Wellness Advisor to help customers select cannabis products safely and compliantly. You will greet guests, educate them on product effects, and guide purchases with a consultative, service-driven approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for openings, closings, weekends and holidays, and adherence to state regulations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by listening to needs and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
