Sunnyside, operated by Cresco Labs, is seeking a Wellness Advisor in Illinois to guide customers through cannabis product selections with a consultative approach, ensuring compliance and a superior customer experience.

You will handle consultations, product education, and order fulfillment, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a clean, compliant storefront environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply technical cannabis product information in a professional consultative manner.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with state regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Verify documentation and ID.
• Conduct customer consultations and handle questions or complaints; escalate when needed.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects on the human body.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and perform bag/receipt checks.
• Label and package orders; maintain stock to meet regulations.
• Perform cash handling per SOPs in the POS system.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities per state and company standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and keep the area clean and organized.
• Follow security protocols and safety standards.
