Cresco Labs is seeking a Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside in Illinois. You will advise customers on cannabis products, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide the customer through the lifecycle from check-in to checkout. The role emphasizes training, product knowledge, and a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating on products, and maintaining accurate records and inventory while upholding safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced dispensary setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Willingness to learn cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body.
• Regularly required to type, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and move about the dispensary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Verify identification and proper documentation.
• Conduct customer consultations and handle common questions or complaints.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and providing guidance.
• Assist in product selection through education of cannabis products.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Ensure accurate cash handling in POS and process orders.
• Maintain stock, records, and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in inventory counts and keep a clean, organized environment.
