Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist for our Quincy, MA dispensary. You will engage with patients and customers in a friendly, barista‑like retail environment, helping them find the right cannabis products and consumption methods while ensuring safety and compliance.

A strong customer-service background is preferred, with the ability to work varied shifts, pass background checks, and stay up to date on product knowledge and cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a schedule with mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Familiarity with cannabis laws, safety rules, and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer‑oriented store atmosphere.
• Support management to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and assist with inventory and stocking.
