Job summary

Green Thumb Industries seeks a friendly Personal Care Specialist to assist patients and customers from entry to checkout in a retail setting. You will educate on products, safety, and consumption methods, and tailor recommendations to each customer’s needs using in-depth product knowledge.

The role requires reliability, compliance with cannabis regulations, and ability to work flexible shifts. Prior cannabis experience isn’t required, but strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks for cannabis employment and have valid ID or driver’s license.
• Compliance with all legal and company cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations and compliance with rules and regulations.
• Ensure cannabis regulations are upheld and the sales floor is well stocked.
