Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join our New Castle dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through critical dispensary functions, supervise daily operations, and help optimize the customer journey as you prepare for an Assistant General Manager role.

You will gain subject matter expertise in operations, experience, and people, with a path on a fast track to growth, mentorship from leaders, and hands-on exposure to inventory, cash handling, and promotions in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security and state/local regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
• Handle payments, discounts, and cash maintenance with accuracy.
