• Lead and assist in daily store opening and closing duties including cash handling and reconciliations.
• Coach staff, develop daily huddles and zone charts, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Drive revenue and sales through customer engagement, upselling, and product knowledge.
• Oversee inventory processes, reconciliation, vault organization, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with all local/state regulations and company policies.
• Enhance customer experience through merchandising and loyalty initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain store upkeep and address maintenance needs.
