Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a dynamic Lead to join our management team in Missouri. You will drive performance, cultivate an inclusive store culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while educating customers about cannabis products and compliance.

The role blends hands-on leadership with operational know-how, daily cash handling, inventory control, and staff coaching to achieve sales goals and ensure consistent, high‑quality service across locations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff; build daily huddles and zone charts; motivate the team toward goals.
• Lead by example in uniform, timeliness, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Coach staff and set standards of success for each team member.
• Assist management in day-to-day leadership and store maintenance.
• Support morale, inclusion, and professional growth; participate in events.
• Promote core values and company mission.
• Meet revenue and sales expectations; share critical communications.
• Build daily huddle notes and relationships with customers and leads.
• Manage inventory processes, reconciliation, vault, order fulfillment, and related needs.
• Assist in closing procedures, cash handling, and nightly deposits.
• Promote sales through customer engagement and upselling.
• Lead opening/closing duties; manage cash flow and till settings.
• Ensure store upkeep and communicate maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance in inventory; daily cycle counts, intake, and organization.
• Maintain accurate online menus; gather information from management.
• Assist in customer order fulfillment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead visual merchandising and customer journey training.
• Drive loyalty sign-ups and customer experience initiatives.
• Build relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
