Renew Cannabis Co. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Lead to drive store performance and foster an inclusive culture with exceptional customer experiences. You will lead, train, and coach staff while ensuring accurate inventory, cash management, and compliance with cannabis regulations.

Ideally you bring strong leadership, knowledge of cannabis products, and expertise with METRC, Dutchie, and POS systems. Travel to multiple locations may be required; MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with cannabis-specific software (METRC, Dutchie) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads and assists in daily store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coaches staff, trains in daily rituals, huddles, and customer service standards.
• Builds relationships with customers and leads to promote loyalty and upselling.
• Manages inventory processes, including order intake, vault organization, and reconciliation.
• Ensures compliance with local and state cannabis regulations and company policies.
