Job summary

Mint Cannabis in Missouri seeks a Retail Lead to act as an operational extension to the Store Manager, overseeing shift teams, floor flow, and guest experience on a fast-paced cannabis retail floor.

You will coach the team on sales metrics, manage daily inventory, and ensure floor operations, cash reconciliation, and POS usage run smoothly while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background for large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift team and floor operations during assigned hours.
• Coach and provide sales feedback to the team to improve metrics.
• Manage daily store openings/closings, cash reconciliation, and POS usage.
• Ensure compliance with Missouri state regulations during inspections.
• Drive sales growth and reduce aging/expired products.
