Greenlight Dispensaries in Missouri is seeking a Lead to join our management team to drive performance, foster an inclusive store culture, and ensure exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint, combining hands-on leadership with cannabis education and strong customer service.

You will train staff, manage daily operations, oversee inventory and cash processes, and lead in-store initiatives to grow revenue and loyalty while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff; train, coach, and set performance standards.
• Drive store performance and customer experience excellence.
• Manage inventory, vaults, cash handling, and reconciliation.
• Oversee daily store opening/closing and cash counting.
• Foster inclusive culture and participate in store events.
• Maintain compliance with cannabis regulations in operations.
