Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead to act as an operational extension to the Store Manager at our St Peters, MO location. You will oversee the sales floor, drive guest service, and support shift teams in maintaining daily store operations including cash handling and POS usage.

The role focuses on coaching a 25+ member team, improving sales metrics, inventory control, and compliance with Missouri state requirements. Fast-paced cannabis retail environment with a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background with large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain a Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25+ team members to upsell and manage daily inventory.
• Coach and give sales feedback to shift team and improve metrics.
• Oversee store openings/closings, cash reconciliation, POS, and discount codes.
• Ensure Missouri compliance to confidently pass state inspections and reduce deficiencies.
• Reduce aging and expiring products.
