Good Day Farm is seeking a Lead to join our Alabama store in Clayton. This leadership role focuses on driving performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering an inclusive store culture.

You will lead daily operations, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold regulatory standards while promoting education in cannabis products and responsible service. You will partner with management to execute promotions, optimize cash handling, and build a loyal customer base through

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with cash handling and POS operations.
Ability to travel to multiple locations per week and adapt to store needs.
Familiarity with cannabis compliance regulations and reporting systems.

Responsabilités

Lead and mentor staff; conduct training and daily huddles; motivate the team to hit goals.
Drive revenue by ensuring excellent customer experiences and upselling where appropriate.
Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and nightly deposit preparation.
Manage inventory processes, reconciliation, and compliance to prevent loss.
Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and team building; uphold company values.
Support store maintenance and ensure consistent SOP adherence across shifts.
