• In‑depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training and development of staff and motivates the team to achieve goals.
• Leads in staff coaching and setting standards of success for every team member.
• Assists the management team in day‑to‑day leadership functions and store maintenance.
