Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a leadership role in retail, hospitality, service or cannabis industry.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must clear a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven capability in people management and culture building.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Experience with cash and inventory management and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training and development and assist in hiring and scheduling.

• Oversee revenue goals, promotions, and daily sales communication.
• Manage inventory processes, reconciliation, and loss prevention.
• Handle daily cash flow, till operations, and deposits.
• Ensure store upkeep, maintenance requests, and housekeeping.
