You will guide the team in customer service excellence, maintain compliance with state regulations, and foster a positive, inclusive store culture with a focus on growth and loyalty.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach staff with daily huddles and coaching to achieve goals.
• Model leadership by example and maintain store standards.
• Manage day-to-day leadership functions and store maintenance.
• Support team morale, inclusion, and growth; participate in events.
• Drive revenue through customer engagement and upselling.
• Oversee inventory processes, cycle counts, and order fulfillment.
• Handle cash controls, tills, and nightly deposits.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations and store policies.
• Foster customer loyalty and a positive shopping experience.
