Good Day Farm is seeking a Lead to join our Missouri dispensary team in West Alton. The role drives performance, fosters an inclusive store culture, and delivers exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

The position requires hands-on leadership, operational knowledge, and a passion for cannabis education and outstanding customer service. Travel to multiple locations may be necessary in this leadership capacity.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and flexibility.
Microsoft Suite experience.
Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
Strong cash counting skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Leads and assists in staff leadership and coaching, sets standards of success, and maintains store operations.
Drives revenue and customer engagement through product knowledge and service excellence.
Oversees day-to-day store opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation.
Manages inventory processes, cycle counts, intake, and compliance with regulations.
Enhances customer experience through visual merchandising and loyalty initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned by store leadership.
