Job summary

Eaze, a growing cannabis retailer in Florida, is seeking a Store Associate to promote customer-focused service and ensure a compliant, welcoming shopping environment. You will handle POS transactions, assist customers, and support store operations with product knowledge and strong merchandising.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to pass a Level 2 background check, and availability for variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass a Level 2 background and fingerprints within 72 hours of offer letter.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer-focused store environment.
• Greets and assists customers in-store, on the phone, and processing online orders.
• Manage POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Assist with inventory receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and price signage.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and ensure housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and legal requirements.
