Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a friendly retail teammate to promote a positive, customer-service oriented environment and help customers in-store.

You will greet customers, assist with product questions, process orders, and support cash handling and POS duties while upholding company policies.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience in retail or hospitality, reliability, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must pass a level 2 background and fingerprint check within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer-service oriented work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience in store through product knowledge.
• Promote sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone, and processing online orders.
• Maintain POS accuracy, cash handling, and safe audits.
• Uphold merchandising standards with visible signage and pricing, and keep the store clean and stocked.
