Qualifications

• Retail job experience is helpful but not required.
• Customer service experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy traits are expected.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Willingness to work days/nights/weekends/holidays and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented store environment.
• Greet customers and assist with checkout using the POS system.
• Process in-store, phone and online orders and handle cash securely.
• Assist with inventory, stocking merchandise and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, training binder and safety procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage and price accuracy.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through product knowledge.
