Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a store associate to promote a positive, customer-service oriented environment and to ensure policy compliance. You will enhance the customer experience in store through product knowledge and friendly service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing in-store and online orders, operating the POS, stocking merchandise, and maintaining merchandising standards while keeping the store clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a level 2 background and fingerprints within 72 hours of offer.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience in store through product knowledge.
• Greet and assist customers in store, on the phone, and process online orders.
• Operate the POS and handle cash, safe audits, and change drops.
• Assist with inventory, stocking merchandise, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked.
