Job summary

Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer with one grow and many stores in Florida, currently seeking a customer-focused retail associate. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service, handling POS transactions, and assisting customers in-store, via phone, and online orders.

You will be expected to maintain high standards of store appearance, support inventory and merchandising, and comply with all policies.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Must maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Able to learn and train on POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment and holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive work environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience in store.
• Promote sales through engagement and product knowledge.
• Greet and check in customers; assist with in-store, phone, and online orders.
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage, and pricing accuracy.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the store.
