Job summary

Eaze is a Florida cannabis retailer seeking a Store Associate to help deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a compliant, welcoming shopping experience.

You will greet customers, assist in-store and via phone or online orders, manage the POS and cash handling, and contribute to a clean, well-stocked store with up-to-date signage and merchandising.

Reliable, punctual team players who can work days, nights, weekends or holidays and pass a level 2 background check are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Sales/retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Customer service in hospitality/retail backgrounds accepted.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on varied shifts.
• Must pass a level 2 background and fingerprint check within 72 hours of offer.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer‑service oriented environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Greet customers, check in, and assist in-store, on the phone and online orders.
• Operate the POS, handle cash, and perform safe audits and drops.
• Encourage sales through engagement and product knowledge.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, pricing, and merchandising.
• Assist with inventory receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and compliance standards.
