Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a retail associate to promote a positive, customer-service driven store environment and ensure policy compliance. You will greet customers, assist in-store, on the phone, and process online orders while delivering knowledgeable product guidance.

The role emphasizes cash handling, POS operation, inventory support, and maintaining clean, well-stocked shelves, with a focus on high guest satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive customer service oriented work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience in store.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and training binder.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Upholds company policies and merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and general housekeeping.
