Eaze in Florida is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to join our store team. You will greet customers, answer questions, process orders, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked shop. You will operate the POS system, handle cash with care, and ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work days/nights/weekends, along with passing a level 2 background check and fingerprinting within 72 hours of offer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must pass a level 2 background check and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of offer.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and with online orders.
• Promote sales through engagement, product knowledge, and suggestive selling.
• Maintain visibility and accuracy of signage, price tickets, and marketing materials.
