Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs regularly.
• Effective multi-tasker with prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication in a businesslike manner.
• Knowledge of state/local cannabis regulations is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and be 21+.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses based on location.

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion goals as defined by store leadership.
• Greet customers and verify IDs at entry.

• Fill online orders quickly while maintaining customer focus.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product and strain knowledge and stay updated on trends.
• Accurately use and maintain the POS system and handle cash per policy.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Ensure compliance with dispensary policies and local regulations.
