Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience, with preference for specialty or retail background.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license or state ID and comply with regulations for working in cannabis.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on individual needs and stay current on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, patient/customer‑oriented work environment and assist management with operations.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and support store operations daily.
