Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; retail preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on needs.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure smooth store operations.
• Ensure cannabis regulations are properly enforced and store is compliant.
• Keep sales floor stocked and store presentable.
• Maintain accurate hard copy files as required.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
• Complete duties at assigned workstations (Front of House, Back of House, Maintenance).
