Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside in Worcester, MA is seeking a Wellness Advisor to help customers select cannabis products, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a best-in-class experience from check-in to checkout.

You will apply product knowledge and friendly service to educate customers, verify documentation, assist with inventory, and support store operations across opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing/weekends/holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify IDs and documentation for compliance.
• Process orders and handle cash in the POS.
• Maintain inventory counts and organize stock.
• Ensure store security and keep the environment clean.
