Job summary

TRP is hiring a part-time Lead to collaborate with the Co-Managers and GM to guide store operations in Florida.

The role focuses on delivering TRP's world-class customer experience, maintaining product knowledge, driving loyalty program engagement, and overseeing inventory, visual merchandising, and daily processing tasks while coaching Inventory Associates and ensuring safe, compliant store operations.

Qualifications

• Passion for and knowledgeable about Cannabis
• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising training, quality and customer service in retail.
• Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in partnership with Co-Managers and GM to achieve sales and KPI goals.
• Deliver TRP world-class customer experience and foster loyalty program participation.
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, counting, and documentation.
