Job summary

TRP in Nevada is seeking an Assistant Manager to recruit, develop, and lead the budtender team and manage inventory in partnership with the General Manager. You will execute TRP’s world-class customer experience, drive loyalty, and ensure high visual standards across all store operations.

Responsibilities include supervision of SOPs, compliance, onboarding, and ongoing leadership development, with a focus on delivering measurable KPIs and a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for and knowledge about Cannabis and Cannabis culture.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising training, quality and customer service in retail.
• Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems.
• Must possess strong analytical skills to assess data and develop strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute TRP world class customer experience.
• Provide a friendly and warm welcome to all customers.
• Drive the customer first culture through product knowledge and presentation.
• Drive repeat business through loyalty programs and local networking.
• Partner with GM and recruiting team to set hiring standards for store team members.
• Oversee onboarding programs, training modules and leadership development.
• Deliver training modules, quizzes and video content; track progress.
• Measure and optimize customer experience using reviews and KPI data.
• Collaborate with GM on succession planning and bench strength.
• Set sales volume and KPI goals; analyze and act on KPI trends.
