TRP is seeking a General Manager to lead a flagship store, drive top-line growth and maintain full P&L responsibility. You will head CO-managers and leads, guiding a team to deliver a world-class customer experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

The GM will execute the company’s DOR framework, manage payroll, set KPI goals, and partner with marketing and operations to optimize store performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of high-volume flagship management in cannabis or comparable retail.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends and react quickly.
• Strong decision making, conflict mediation and prioritization across tasks.
