C3 Industries is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations for our Springfield, IL location. This role focuses on driving sales, managing inventory, coaching staff, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will oversee scheduling, training on POS and loyalty programs, and ensure compliance with METRC/BioTrack and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of retail management experience and a proven track record of achieving sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years retail management experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, POS systems; experience with METRC or BioTrack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of store performance with a focus on sales growth, operations, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and reports related to sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory.
• Coordinate with HR on interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff; conduct performance reviews.
