Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience opening and closing a retail store or restaurant.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPI targets.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain state licenses where required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify IDs on entry.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
• Assist customers with questions on required forms and update POS data.
• Keep waiting room and floor well-stocked and tidy.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects.
• Process online orders quickly while ensuring compliance.
• Serve as a role model for sales and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally with management support.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on cannabis trends.
• Accurately use POS and manage cash daily according to policies.
• Open/close the store, assist with product intake and inventory counts.
• Participate in meetings and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all dispensary policies and schedules.
• Help train current and new employees on duties and systems.
• Participate in tip pooling as directed.
