• 1-3 years retail management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Able to obtain and maintain state licenses based on location.
• Open and close the store independently.
• Ability to drive sales, manage staff, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract and retain repeat customers.
• Assist with sales growth, operational efficiency, and profitability while delivering excellent customer service.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and at the register to ensure strong store performance.
• Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through reports and data analysis.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies to the Store Manager.
• Participate in meetings and suggest improvements for staff development and operations.
• Maintain visual standards, signage, lighting, and general store upkeep.
• Assist in scheduling to ensure proper store coverage during peak hours.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Educate staff on product knowledge, POS, loyalty programs, loss prevention, compliance, and safety.
