C3 Industries is seeking a Store Manager for the High Profile Cannabis Shop network in Springfield, IL. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, optimizing staffing, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring compliance with state laws. You will partner with HR on hiring and development while promoting brand loyalty and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–5 years retail management preferred.
• Proven track record in driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with POS, METRC, BioTrack, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance with focus on sales growth and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and reports for sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory.
• Train employees on POS, loyalty programs, compliance, and safety.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes affecting cannabis.
