Job summary

Green Dragon is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations in Florida. You’ll coach a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain policy compliance, and keep the store stocked and secure.

You’ll manage schedules, oversee cash handling and POS use, drive product knowledge, and partner with district leadership to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail store environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service experience.
• Reliable, professional, and trustworthy with a “whatever it takes” mentality and desire to go above and beyond.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Seed-to-sale experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, and ensure full daily coverage (must work 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month).
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by leading by example, training staff on customer service standards, and resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
• Maintain strong product and industry knowledge and train the team on products carried in store.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, maintain a full understanding of the compliance binder, and complete store evaluations.
• Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures and train new staff on them.
• Oversee proper use of the POS system, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops, and approve product discounts.
