Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or operations management (preferred).
• 3+ years managerial experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• 2+ years PharmaCann management experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to drive sales results and meet store goals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Forecasts and adjusts payroll to maximize productivity and payroll goals.
• Builds a team that delivers exceptional service and drives customer loyalty and return visits.
• Reviews and interprets financial and operational reporting including sales and audit results.
• Identifies underperforming metrics and develops strategies to improve and grow the business.
