Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-volume cannabis retail location. You will drive sales, oversee all store operations, and manage staffing, training, and development while upholding Curaleaf’s mission and policies.

You will forecast payroll, monitor profitability, and ensure regulatory compliance across state laws. Travel is limited, and you will mentor a diverse team to achieve ambitious KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
