Job summary

Copperstate Farms and Sol Flower are hiring a Store Associate to support dispensary operations both in Front of House and Back of House. You will deliver excellent customer service, process transactions, and help maintain inventory and compliance.

The role requires 21+ years of age, background check for Arizona Facility Agent card, and a strong emphasis on accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork. Evening and weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a background check to obtain, and maintain, an Arizona Facility Agent Card.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of retail and/or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Cannabis retail or education experience preferred.
• Product knowledge: familiar with cannabis consumption methods.
• Ability to address customers' concerns and complaints effectively.
• Professional in appearance, actions, and communication.
• Cash handling experience and strong math skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Remain compliant in a regulated role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and POS software.
• Problem-solving in a professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in FOH in a positive, professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service; accurately enter and process transactions.
• Handle cash and debit transactions with a balanced drawer.
• Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain clean, stocked, organized dispensary; collaborate with all departments.
• Support inventory audits and intake in BOH.
• Ensure COAs and compliance standards are understood.
• Lead daily counts and reporting to accounting; verify variances.
