Job summary

Copperstate Farms in Tempe is seeking a Store Associate to support dispensary operations in FOH or BOH. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assess customer needs, and help match products while maintaining accurate records and compliant processes.

You will assist with inventory, restock, manage cash and transactions, and uphold company standards. The position requires 21+ and background check; cannabis retail experience is preferred. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; cannabis knowledge preferred.
• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong product knowledge of cannabis consumption methods desired.
• Excellent cash handling, math skills, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service while processing transactions.
