Job summary

Copperstate Farms and Sol Flower is seeking a Store Associate to support dispensary operations in Front of House or Back of House as needed, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring accurate transactions and inventory control. You will guide customers to products, handle cash and POS data, and collaborate with team members to maintain a compliant, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a background check to obtain Arizona Facility Agent card.
• 2 years of retail and/or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Cannabis retail or education experience preferred.
• Professional in appearance, actions, and communication.
• Must have cash handling experience and strong math skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy atmosphere.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in FOH.
• Enter and process customer information and transactions accurately.
• Handle cash/debit transactions and maintain a balanced drawer.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and state compliance.
• Assist in inventory audits and product intake in BOH.
• Maintain compliant operations and assist with daily tasks as needed.
