Job summary

Copperstate Farms Store Associates provide essential support for dispensary operations in Front of House and Back of House. You will greet customers, assess needs, and help them choose products while accurately processing transactions and maintaining inventory.

You will also ensure compliance with state systems and company policies. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, are 21+ years old, and possess cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check to obtain Arizona Facility Agent card.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail and/or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Cannabis retail experience is a plus.
• Cash handling experience and math skills essential.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay compliant in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous service in FOH.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/debit.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and enter customer data correctly.
• Stock, organize and maintain dispensary areas.
• Assist in inventory audits and COA/compliance tasks.
• Support daily operations and collaborate with teams.
• Work in a compliant, professional manner and follow policies.
