Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check to obtain Arizona Facility Agent Card.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of retail and/or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Cannabis retail or education experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience and excellent mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Enter and process customer information/transactions accurately.
• Handle cash and debit transactions while balancing cash drawer.
• Provide product recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and organize dispensary space; work with other departments.
• Assist in inventory audits and in-taking medicated products.
• Operate in FOH or BOH while complying with company policies.
